I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with an earned Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology and Doctoral Degree in Educational Psychology. My education and work experience has developed within me a professional value system founded on a strong belief and adherence to the principles of Multiculturalism, Empathy, and Fairness!
Unfortunately, far too many souls have slept into a seemingly bottomless pool of despair after rending all the LOVE their mental and emotional faculties could provide in an effort to save their relationship or marriage. Once in this position, we easily may discover, mending a Broken Heart can prove to be a most lonely and difficult life experience to resolve. And if not resolved, the general overarching wellbeing of an individual’s esteem, other family members (in particular, children), and the health of future relationship may be severely adversely affected.
As a Relationship Therapist, I have placed significant focus towards the notion of “How to mend a Broken Heart”. When working with individuals and couples, I have always sought to sit in the seat of “Objectivity” while endeavoring to understand and resolve concerns associated with both sides of the relationship story. Brief Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy treatment interventions are frequently utilized in couples counseling to bring about a “Truth” and “Healing” of which both parties can find an agreed upon comfort and confidence in as a pathway forward. Active Listening, Clarification Questions, and Empathy will be frequently utilized counseling skills to help in identifying couples’ concerns, aspirations, and strategies for helping you reach your immediate and long-term goals! In as much, please always remember, “I AM HERE FOR YOU”!
