I’ve been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for the past 15 years and have worked in many different types of community services such as Geropsych, Hospice, Inpatient Psych and now working with Domestic Violence survivors and their alleged offenders - adults and children through the military. I’m also trained as a Forensic Child Interviewer. I’m well versed in personality disorders and mood disorders, along with aging and marital issues. I consider myself a Behavioral Therapist and use Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) as the main mode of therapy, but also use Mindfulness and Solutions Focused Therapy. I work a full time face to face job, Monday- Friday and work through BetterHelp part time Sunday - Thursday nights after hours, so I have limited availability, but I am consistent and respond to each and every person that responds 5 days a week. I absolutely love what I do and I look forward to meeting you, working with you and supporting you through the process of positive changes in your life!

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Lisa Dicus. We don’t pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with ReGain might be different.
We really appreciated her and felt like she was very helpful in our situation.
We have only had a few sessions with Lisa. So we don’t have much experience to go off of. But this far I am pleasantly surprised at how much I like her and how comfortable I with her. I don’t think now is the appropriate time for doing a review since it’s so early. I think that maybe after a concrete number of sessions is the time for asking for a review. Like maybe 6. That way there has been experience in the sessions and an ability to truly assess your feelings towards that experience. But this far I am pleased with her and her abilities. To the point I wish we could have more time with her. But I understand we are not the only ones in need of her skills and help. You can tell her what I said here too because I think it’s important for people to hear their praise for jobs well done.
Lisa is phenomenal!
Lisa has been great at helping us with addressing our concerns and overcoming them. She responds quickly with message and the video sessions have been helpful.
Great listener, provides homework assignments that helped us communicate/ start building common ground.
I am so happy and thankful that we were paired with Lisa Dicus. She is a jewel to talk to during each session. Lisa not only helps us with our marital issues, but I ask for resources for my adult daughter and she, without hesitation, sent information on how to assist my daughter with her mental health. We love Lisa!
Lisa shocked me with the way she responds to messages. I figured I would maybe get a response once a day if I was lucky. She responds every time she has a free moment. She has great experience and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for help.
