About Me

Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study psychology, Marriage and Family in particular, and eventually led to a full-time career. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the Tampa Bay area, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs. This has led me to becoming Adoption Competency Certified, a Nurturing Parenting Facilitator, Trauma-Informed, and introduced to Infant Mental Health!
I truly care for all my clients and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. Since 2016, I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives and continue to serve those in the community while continuing to remain knowledgeable of new approaches and tools that could be implemented for success!

Christina is a great listener and gives us advice and ways for us to better communicate and I feel like she gives us suggestions regarding our situation and the way we are and not text book things. I feel like with her she is a good mediator without us seeing it as a mediator but more like a guide to show us how we can better ourselves

Regain and Christina really saved my marriage. I had felt connected and understood the first time we talked. Over the weeks I introduced my husband to her and we finally figured out the tools to argue constructively instead of fighting and misunderstanding one another constantly. She saved my 7 year relationship.

It’s only been two weeks, but so far we feel that our counselor has been making a solid effort to get an understanding of our challenges and needs as a couple, and all of the tools and exercises that she has provided us with have been very practical, actionable, and helpful.

In just these first two weeks, my partner and I went from regular (almost daily) disagreements and conflict to regularly having thoughtful, level conversations in which we are better considering each other’s feelings and emotions.

This program works with our budget, and our counselor almost always replies within 24 hours. At times, some of the advice can be a little corny, but it’s clear that all comes from a good place. I am optimistic based on these first few weeks that she will be able to help us resolve our conflict resolution issues, develop healthy communication habits, grow our emotional bonds, and further develop our love for one another.
